You know how they talk about 'the low hanging fruit' being in energy efficiency. Well, the low-hanging fruit of energy efficiency might just be in fleet vehicles. Sure there are entire fleets switching over to EVs, diesel hybrids, and natural gas-powered cars and trucks, but there's also massive fleet vehicle energy savings in simple--often behavioral--steps spread out over a large scale.
